Here’s a quick and easy, nutritional yeast based salad dressing you can try. It packs a nutritional punch by providing youth preserving antioxidants and minerals in addition to most Bs. The ingredients with an asterisk are available at Bazaar Spices.Ingredients
- ½ cup walnuts
healthier option - use raw walnuts soaked overnight
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes*
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
healthier option - use Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 2 tblsp vinegar of your choice
healthier option - use raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar
- 1 tblsp garlic powder*
taste option - add freshly pressed garlic to taste.
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Hawaian sea salt*
- ½ tsp turmeric*
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour over salad to taste and store any extra in the refrigerator.
